        1. Johnny Dwiggins

          Johnny H. Dwiggins serves as HR Director and Program Manager for Interactive Government Holdings on DoD and Civilian contracts where he leads by example.
           
          He has lived in North Carolina his entire life.  He balanced successful careers as a manager with RJR Packaging in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a member of the United States Army Reserve. 
           
          He retired from RJR Packaging, Inc., Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he served as Manager, Customer/Production Services.  He was responsible for developing and implementing near term and long-range strategies and goals for materials procurement, inventory control, production planning and scheduling, customer services and business development for flexible packaging worldwide.  Since retirement from his civilian career, he has worked on various contracts with Department of Defense conducting strategic Employer Outreach and assisting Guardsmen, Reservists, Veterans, and Dependents with employment.
